Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is pest control with or without the use of pesticides. Some examples of IPM include de-webbing the exterior of homes, blocking off entry points, sealing cracks and crevices, as well as the use of our four stage hepa-filter backpack vacuum. This method of pest control is the most environmental friendly pest control service available. Call for more information.

Residential pest control consists of monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly service. Each service includes the exterior treatment of your home as well as de-webbing the eaves, patios, kids toys, trash cans, etc. We will also inspect, diagnose and possible treat the interior of your home when the need arises. We will use all conventional products and/or organic products as well.

Commercial pest control is generally a monthly service which consists of interior and exterior treatments. Exterior service includes the treatment of all buildings, common areas and dumpster areas. Interior services consist of inspection, diagnosis and possible treatment with a low impact product. Most commercial services include rodent bait stations for the control of rats and mice. We will monitor and maintain all bait stations and report to the client on a regular basis on any activity found on the premise.

Restaurants typically have interior and exterior pest control service on a monthly basis. Inspections, evaluations and possible treatments will be performed during every service provided. Our goal is to provide a pest-free environment.  Therefore, we aggressively inspect, diagnose and possible treat all areas where pests like to live, i.e., kitchen areas, break rooms, storage areas, etc. We also treat and maintain the exterior of restaurants while watching for all conducive conditions and reporting back to management when there is an issue that needs to be addressed. In addition, we place rodent bait stations around all free-standing buildings. We check and maintain them on a monthly basis, and report to management any activity found. Lastly, we always fill out a Restaurant Quality Assurance Report stating what chemicals are used and any conducive conditions that need to be addressed.
